Barre Fitness

This fusion class consists of Pilates, ballet and strength training. Exercises will focus on the core, bottom and inner thighs to achieve long, lean muscle tone and also give that booty a pop! Class is done in bare feet, socks with grips or ballet shoes.

Ballet

This class is suited for a complete beginner or more experienced adult student who is looking for a slow and thorough breakdown of ballet steps. Class will begin with a floor stretch, barre and then center work
